    I just loved the spacious and clean room with the stunning views. The breakfast buffet was huge and had great variety! Their bathhouse was a fantastic surprise. Would definitely return!

    Good food, had excellent stay.

    The hotel was fantastic and wonderful, truly enjoyed the river view from our twin room. The room we had included a dining area and very GOOD WiFi. The property was in a marvellous and impeccable location, next to a bus station. You could walk to a big shopping mall and shopping streets. Western cuisine was served in the in-house restaurant. Was an interesting place for christmas.

    We loved being right across from the main station and enjoyed our visits to Dotonbori and Osaka Castle. The executive lounge was a great perk with friendly staff and nice views. Dining options were solid, especially the breakfast buffet.

    Front desk staff always has trouble with reservation. I've stayed here several times and it's always a problem at check-in.

    The experience was good, with impeccably clean and spacious rooms offering fine city views. Staff members reflected a warm hospitality, always eager to assist. Location is prime, steps away from Umeda station. While breakfast had diverse options, a more inclusive menu could enhance it further. A solid choice for comfort and convenience!

    Felt neglected with the lack of bed for our child!!! Really need more English-language channels on TV since options seemed limited to news and a few shows. Not ideal for winding down after a long day!!!

    1. Convenient location, opposite Osaka Station 2. Excellent service staff, friendly and helpful 3. Hotel offered us the use of the gym to shower as we checked out in the afternoon for a night flight

    Courtesy of staff, shuttle to the airport. Great location, just next door to Windows on the World, enjoyed this place. Found in a central area short walk to OF THE CORRECT AIRPORT and the various train and subway stations and good restaurants.

    Had such great experience, overall great and absolutely fabulous place.

    We were given elegant, neat room with a great view. The location was wonderful, just next door to a high-end shopping plaza.
